It’s a simple pump, with a simple close and release valve. The pump seal is not great, and probably will not work well for men that has smaller dicks.
Is this just the pump cylinder and tube? Does it come with the actually bulb or trigger thing to make it work?
It doesn’t get any more basic than this. I doubt John Holmes ever needed to use one if these.
