We like the cylinder that comes with this penis pump, it’s comfortable and has measurements.

New pumpers will enjoy the enclosed silicone sleeve making it easier to get started - experienced pumpers will toss it and enjoy the flanged base.

We suggest practicing the turning on and off with this thing - you want to be able to turn it off quickly when you are ready. Even better, let it run for some suction, then turn it off. Feel the pressure, and then do some more.

This is a neat idea, and the price is excellent for an automatic penis pump model.
