The penis head pump is easy to use. The finger trigger is simply, but the guard is small, so if you have football player hands then you may not fit two fingers in to pump very easily. Of course if you have large, strong fingers then you may not need to use two, one finger may work just fine.

The head pump is really only large enough to provide suction for the head of your penis, this certainly makes it useless for penis enlargement, although it may be just right pump if you are wanting some suction during masturbation.

A cheap pump, that is move of a suck you off cheap kind of novelty. You can lose with the price, but there are much better models on the market when you get up into the higher price ranges.
