This kind of pump is like using one of those old style bicycle tire pumps in a way. It’s okay, it works.
Not my favorite kind of pump, I would not recommend for people who wanted to work out their dick every other day, but if you want something that look very medical and standard, then perhaps this would get your dick hard and look clinical.
Certainly not the fanciest option on the market today, but simple. If you like the pump type I would use it a few times and then consider adding a cyberskin or silicone pump seal to make it better and more versatile.
